HZS120 Engineering Concrete Batching Plant Introduction

The HZS series engineering concrete batching plant is developed by absorbing the advanced design concepts and practical application experience of similar equipment at home and abroad. It reaches the leading domestic level and is widely applicable to the production of commercial concrete and high-performance engineering concrete.

This plant features strong adaptability, suitable for both ordinary commercial concrete production and high-standard infrastructure projects such as high-speed railway construction. Equipped with a secondary mixing function in the control system, it fully meets the technical requirements for high-performance concrete used in railway projects. The plant adopts specially customized weighing hoppers and high-precision sensors to ensure accurate metering. Liquid and powder materials are delivered through small-diameter pipelines, which effectively stabilize flow rate and reduce material impact. Both aggregate and liquid material systems adopt coarse and fine dual metering technology, greatly improving overall batching accuracy and product stability.

The main components include a mixing system, batching machine, inclined belt conveyor, main plant structure, water supply system, admixture conveying system, pneumatic system, and intelligent control system.

Product Performance Features

1. Stable and High-Quality Mixing Performance

The plant is equipped with a high-efficiency KTSA twin-shaft main mixer manufactured by Jinan Mikos. The liners and mixing blades are made of high wear-resistant cast iron with optimized structural angles, ensuring uniform mixing, fast circulation speed, and long service life. A SICHUANMA main mixer from Zhuhai is available as an optional upgrade.

2. Standard Environmental Protection Design

The main plant can be equipped with color steel corrugated plates or sandwich panel cladding as an optional configuration. A built-in dust removal system is installed inside the main structure. All dust-generating parts are fully enclosed. The mixer top cover and powder bin dust exhaust pipes are connected to an automatic dust collector. The collected dust can be recycled and reused, effectively reducing pollution and meeting national environmental protection emission standards.

3. Optional Monitoring System

An optional real-time monitoring system allows operators to clearly observe mixer truck positioning and concrete discharging status. It helps standardize production procedures, reduce manual errors, and improve overall working efficiency.

4. Intelligent Electrical Control and Management System

Developed independently by Hongjian Machinery, the control system adopts a Windows-based multi-task, multi-window and multi-user operating platform with international advanced technology. It features stable operation, simple maintenance, accurate and intuitive metering, and powerful data statistics and production management functions. Through multiple technical optimizations and upgrades, the system has reached the advanced level of domestic batching plant control technology.

5. Reasonable Structure and Convenient Transportation

The whole plant features a compact layout, novel structure, high rigidity and excellent stability. It is easy to disassemble, assemble and relocate, fully adapting to container transportation and rapid on-site installation for various engineering projects.
